Shipping policy

Shipping times: We are currently running on a 2-3 day processing time for wholesale orders. Please keep in mind that it could be longer during peek shopping times. 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

We are not responsible if you entered a wrong address and we already sent the package out. It is your responsibility to contact the shipping service and have the address changed. If you cannot change the address, hopefully the package will be returned to us and we can send it back out. You are responsible for the shipping cost of sending the package again. 

Please contact us within 24 hours for an address change. 

If a product is damaged upon arrival, contact us immediately so we can send a replacement.
