What discounts are available?

WE SELL ANYTHING WHOLESALE!!!

  • If you see items on our retail store website, Etsy, or TikTok shop, we sell all of those items wholesale too! Just email us and we will add anything to your order!

How does placing an order work?

  • After placing your order, we will receive it on our end. We will pull the entire order and check our available stock. Our stock is not always correct on our wholesale website. Since we have 5+ different platforms we sell on, we sometimes run out of material. After we pull your order we will contact you to see if you want to substitute anything that we didn't have or refund you!  

Shipping

  • We do not offer free shipping on wholesale orders. This is because we already have extremely low prices and we cannot afford to ship for free. Especially since we are literally shipping rocks and packages can get heavy. Most of the time the checkout page will calculate shipping for you. If for some reason it was inaccurate, we will have to charge more for shipping (for example, if we need to separate boxes, or use more boxes). If this is the case, you will receive an email first to confirm the shipping charge. 
  • Note that when placing large orders the shipments can get heavy! We don't like to put more than 35lbs worth of material in one box. So boxes will be separated if it's over this amount. 
  • Times: wholesale orders take more time to process. We do have a dedicated team working strictly on wholesale. Since these are larger orders and it takes more time to pull the order and pack, processing your order could take up to a week. We strive to have orders out within 2-3 days though! 

Custom and New Products

  • We strive to develop new products each year to stay up-to-date on trends. Check back often as we are constantly uploading new items! You can also contact us if you are looking for custom items (for ex. custom carvings, custom jewelry), and we can work on making it for you! 

TikTok Creators

  • If you do not want to take the leap and spend all of this money off the bat, try making videos on TikTok and adding our products to your showcase! You get a percentage of the sales you make from the products purchased from your link in the video. And it's no work to you! We process and ship the orders.
